Mcleodganj to Triund 2800 mtrs, 9 kms gradual trek.

The trek offer panoramic views Bhagsu village, Mcleodganj, Dharamsala valley and distant views of Shivalik hills and plains of Kangra valley. The trek is moderate nature. Triund is a large land of green grass and pasture like. One can see the mighty Dhauladhar ranges just above the eyes. This is the base camp and climatization point for trekkers climbing the Inderahara point in the Mt. Dhauladhar.

Between the shadow of Green Deodar trees and beauty of Rhododendron flowers, This hike will start from Mcleodganj, The Hill Town of Dharamsala city. The first destination will be Galoo Temple and then head towards the trail to Triund.

From Galoo Temple the next 5km are the gradual compare to beginning of the Trek.

There are varieties of Himalayan flowers of different kinds. On the half way is Magic View Café, a wonderful place to rest. The entire trek is most charming, enjoyable and challenging. The last strech is tiring which require skill to climb.
